the making of the dragonfly handmade copper pendant

This dragonfly pendant is created on two 24-gauge copper sheets. The bottom layer is painted with my mix of yellow-orange enamel. Top layer is hand sawed in an oval shape to reveal the colored bottom layer. Top and bottom copper is riveted together and fired in a kiln. Now the dragonfly shape is hand sawed, and the veins in the wings are engraved using a hand-held rotary instrument. Black wax is applied to the engravings, and all are fired in a kiln to make one. https://angelwingartfarm.com/products/handmade-dragonfly-gift-copper-necklace-dragonfly-jewelry-unique-hand-painted-copper-pendant-dragonfly-gift
