This is a copper metal relief sculpture. The foreground and background are both from 24 gauge copper. The foreground images are hand-cut with a jeweler's saw and joined to the back copper by fusing transparent enamel to the whole piece.    horizontal wooden stand.  The art for sale includes the hand-crafted hardwood rustic wooden frame coupled with strings tied to the corners. Catching the Sun is a copper relief art piece with a handmade wooden stand designed for tabletop display and home decor. The hand-crafted hardwood stand measures 6.3" in length and 6.5" in height. The copper relief measures 4" in height and 2" in width and is made of 24 gauge copper. The foreground is hand-cut with a jeweler's saw, and copper rivets join the foreground to the background copper sheet. Once, every now and then, the Moon receives a treat from the cosmos. It doesn't take much to make the Moon happy because who won't be happy bathing in the love of the Sun all night?                                                                                                                                This is one of those times that if you are lucky enough to look up at the Moon that night, you will see her smiling from crater to crater.                                                                   ...

The pendant is crafted by sandwiching colored enamel between two pieces of fusible glass. An intricate Moon Phase design is then etched onto the fused glass using a diamond bit hand rotary tool, and the grooves from the etching process are highlighted by adding a layer of silver rub-n-buff. A leather cord is tied in a sailor's knot to adjust the length, and a copper wire is wrapped around the glass. The pendant measures 2” x 1.5”  www.angelwingartfarm.com

Orion & the Dragon: This handcrafted copper art is inspired by the story "Orion & the Dragon," featured in the self-published book by artist and storyteller David Krafcik.The art measures 4" x 3" on 26 gauge copper. Each piece of copper is meticulously cut using a hand jewelry saw, and a patina is added by fusing clear enamel and natural patina.
